About Membership

We're glad that you are considering SVPA membership! Being part of the Sacramento Valley Psychological Association will give you valuable networking resources, the benefit of consulting and collaborating with your local professional colleagues, and an easy way to make new contacts as well as a good source of referrals.

Additionally, benefits of membership include:

• Bi-monthly newsletter
• Free classified ads, group directory listing, announcements in the newsletter
• Access to member-only sections of the SVPA website
• Legislative advocacy
• Legislative and professional news updates via the SVPA list serv
• Participation in networking and social events
• Online registration for SVPA events
• Listing in the on-line professional directory (Coming soon!)

There are three membership levels:

• Full Member - $ 60 per year
• Associate Member (non-licensed psychologist) - $ 30 per year
• Student Member - $ 10 per year + expectation of volunteering hours to SVPA (please contact us for opportunities)

There is an online membership application and you can make your payment (and renewal) online through PayPal.
